Even better, it helps eliminate bottlenecks and empowers sales and purchasing employees to work faster and more efficiently and with fewer mistakes. Companies can benefit in the following ways:

1. Greater Control - The Sales and Purchase Document Approval feature enforces the approval process of sales and purchasing documents defined by the company.

Increased Employee Productivity - Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0 helps companies streamline their sales and purchasing processes by enabling employees to work faster within a given set of sales and purchasing limitations, which reduces mistakes, enforces controls – subsequently saving time and money.

3. Easy to Set Up and Customize - The Sales and Document Approval feature in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0 is also easy to set up and customize. It’s possible to set up a different approval process and hierarchies for each document and the emails can be customized using Microsoft Outlook templates.
